Coconut Peach Green Smoothie

This not-too-sweet smoothie is a wonderful out-the-door breakfast. It is light in texture and will keep you going. I always freeze the fruit that I use in my smoothies in freezer bags in advance, so that I don’t water down my drinks with ice.


2 cups fresh organic spinach, tightly packed

1 cup coconut water

1 cup frozen grapes

1 cup frozen peaches

 1/4 cup raspberries


  1. Tightly pack 2 cups of spinach into measuring cup.
  2. Place spinach and coconut water into blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Add remaining smoothie ingredients and blend until smooth.
